Help from on high...
Working with
angels and goddesses
Recent surveys indicate that more
than 90 percent of Americans believe in God, although definitions may vary. The
statistics are virtually the same in the rest of the world. Most people also
report praying in times of ill health, either for themselves or for a loved one. At Harmonia Health, we respect
personal differences in beliefs and spiritual traditions. We
also understand the powerful allure of reaching out to a force greater than our
human selves for support, particularly in times of ill health. We offer the
information below to people of all faiths and traditions in the hopes that it
will bring comfort, joy and peace.
Communicating with angels and
goddesses is easy and anyone can do it. All you have to do is ask for their help
in the same way you would talk to a friend. Call their name and be as specific
as possible in making your request. You can close your eyes and breathe deeply
in order to focus your thoughts and intentions more clearly if that appeals to
you. Answers may come to you as intuitive thoughts, feelings or visions. Clues
may also come from your environment, for example in the lyrics of a song you
hear repeatedly. For more information about working with
angels, please reference work by Doreen Virtue, available on our recommended reading list.
