Holistic Health Consultation (75-min. initial visit; optional 60-min. follow-up)

The Holistic Health Consultation is a comprehensive wellness assessment to enhance general wellness, reduce stress or manage a chronic health condition. Clients are asked to complete a comprehensive questionnaire covering such topics as eating and exercise habits, family and medical history, lifestyle habits and emotional and spiritual well-being. After reviewing the questionnaire with you--either in person or over the phone--we will discuss a range of holistic health options that can help you achieve balance, harmony and health. A follow-up appointment is available if you would like us to develop more detailed, personalized written recommendations and help you develop a plan and goals for enhancing your overall health as well as addressing specific health issues. Wellness Appointment (30 or 60 minutes)

You can schedule a counseling session to talk about holistic health and healing, stay motivated, or discuss any concerns or problems you are experiencing on your road to wellness. You may also schedule a Wellness Appointment if you have an acute, limited-duration health concern, such as a cold or strained muscle, and would like information about alternative  approaches. We strongly recommend that you complete a Holistic Health Consultation before making a Wellness Appointment for any chronic health concern. Set up an appointment or Buy.

Massage Therapy (60 minutes)

A therapist uses hands, and sometimes elbows and forearms, to loosen muscle and connective tissues. This can improve circulation, which enables fresh oxygen to enter the tissues, and releases toxins from the soft tissues and muscles. It is an effective form of treatment for muscular aches and pains, stiff joints, poor posture, and tension and stress-related ailments. We offer traditional Swedish massage as well as Deep Tissue, which focuses on particular areas of the body and sinks into the deeper muscle layers. Private Yoga Instruction (30 or 60 minutes)

Yoga is a system of physical postures and breath work designed to develop not only physical, but also mental and spiritual well-being. Flexibility, strength and balance of the mind, body and spirit are all enhanced through regular practice. Yogic philosophy states that certain poses benefit certain conditions, which we will also discuss. Our style is based on Erich Schiffmann's teachings, but also borrows from Sivananda, Anusara™, Astanga, Viniyoga and Structural Yoga Therapy™. Reiki Sessions (75 minutes)

Reiki is a form of energy healing. It is said that the universe is made of up life force energy. This energy is in us and all around us. Health problems can arise when our energy becomes stagnant, blocked or agitated. Reiki practitioners have learned how to rebalance and channel this energy to facilitate healing of any health complaint. It is also a great stress and anxiety reliever, promoting a feeling of profound relaxation. Children and pets are particularly open and receptive to this energy. Reiki Training

We offer Reiki training for levels 1, 2, 3 (Master) and Master Teacher. We think learning in small groups is best so we typically schedule classes when there is a core group of interested students. If you send us an email please be sure to specify whether you wish to visit us in-person or work with us by email and phone. Also include information about your availability over the next two weeks and we will make every effort to meet your request.           Wellness Appointment: $110 per hour

Cancellations of appointments require 24 hours for a full refund; cancellations of Reiki trainings require 30 days notice for a full refund.
